New Downloads System

So we now have a new downloads system, as some of you maybe noticed the old one no longer existed. I will be adding all the essential files that are needed to play, at least for most of my servers anyway.

You can add downloads as well. They will have to be approved and must be approved before they are added. Once a download is approved, there will be an automatic forum post made to alert members of the new download. I have chosen some preliminary categories and if you have suggestions for a new category please let me know. **.exe files will most likely not be accepted for the average user.**
